RSJ and its associates shall not accept any tangible or intangible favours, which may impair or be presumed to impair its professional judgment. We at RSJ have adopted and implemented a zero tolerance policy.
We consider the offering, promising, giving, accepting or soliciting of an advantage (which could be ﬁnancial or non-ﬁnancial), directly or indirectly, in violation of applicable law, as an inducement or reward for a person acting, or refraining from acting, in relation to the performance of that person’s duties.
No associate is allowed to accept any bribe either in cash or in kind or gifts from suppliers, contractors, vendors, clients or business associates during the office hours or off the office hours which may or may not have any influence on business decision/s.
Similarly no associate is allowed to give bribe either in cash or in kind or gifts to suppliers, contractors, vendors, clients or business associates either during the office hours or off the office hours, which may or may not have any influence or favorable business advantage.
The Management views such activity very seriously and strictest possible action is taken including termination of the concerned associate/s.
Any such incidence/s should immediately be brought to the attention of the management and an investigation is conducted at the highest level and appropriate action is taken, where necessary.
RSJ and its associates shall not knowingly be a party to any illegal activity, or indulge in acts that are discreditable to the profession or to the organization.
